The project I have chosen is to improve the engineering change management process for my current employer. I have already completed and submitted the formal proposal and the interim progress report. I need you to do my final report. I have attached the briefing, syllabus and the final report grading sheet for your reference. In the briefing you will notice that we had 3 choices of type of projects to complete (I chose page 41 which is the Engineering practical problem section).
