Purpose<\/p>\n
The purpose of the one-page summaries is for you to capture the most important points from the lecture\/ readings and describe how they might inform your personal or group DEI intervention(Diversity, Equity, inclusion) plan AND the field of HRD(Human Resource and Development)\/ DEI(Diversity, Equity, inclusion).<\/p>\n

The summary should explain the text\/ lecture to someone who has not read it. It should describe the support the author provided for their assertions\/research. \u00a0<\/p>\n
