There are a wide variety of opportunities for students pursuing a career in health-related areas. This assignment is designed to provide students with the opportunity to identify their career interest and begin the steps necessary to achieve that goal. <\/p>\n
Guidelines<\/p>\n
Choose a healthcare profession in which you are interested. If your goal is to become an Occupational Therapist, you could choose that profession for this paper. If you are not sure which health profession you wish to enter, pick one you want to more learn about.<\/p>\n
Refer to the \u201cCareers in the Healthcare Field\u201d document in Blackboard that provides example of healthcare careers. This document is located in the \u201cAssignments\u201d link.<\/p>\n
Use current, valid and reliable sources to address the required components in your paper. Avoid online sources ending in .com. Instead use .org, .gov, or .edu sites, the official websites of professional organizations, and professional journal articles. <\/p>\n
Provide the following information on your chosen healthcare profession based on the criteria for a profession:<\/p>\n

Identify a healthcare career you are interested in pursuing.<\/p>\n
Discuss why you are interested in selected healthcare profession.<\/p>\n
