Each student will speak, using natural persuasion, between 5 and 7 minutes on one of the following topics. PowerPoint or other presentation software is required to augment the presentation.\u00a0 The student may use notes, but significant penalties will apply if the presentation is read to the audience.\u00a0 If the student includes video, speaking must be between 5 and 7 minutes.\u00a0 If the student chooses not to make a presentation, a score of zero will be recorded.\u00a0 The student\u00a0will include an introduction, a body, and a conclusion.\u00a0 Furthermore, the message\u00a0must include a recommendation. \u00a0The student has the latitude to be creative to enhance audience appeal by using examples, color, demonstrations, pictures, video, or whatever mode is available to assist the student to best gain audience interest.\u00a0 The presentation will be given live during class time in the class meeting immediately following the due date.\u00a0 The presentation must be uploaded to Assignments by the due date. <\/p>\n
