This project will help explain how health care is delivered in the United States, what costs are<\/p>\n
involved, and how the concepts of value and quality influence health care delivery. This project<\/p>\n
also focuses on the health system delivery issues and how one can help alleviate such perceived<\/p>\n
problems facing our health care system.<\/p>\n
Health Care Delivery Issues and Planning\u2014Design your own health care system.<\/p>\n
Drawing on all that you have learned in the course thus far, design your health care system for<\/p>\n
the United States. Be creative! Feel free to make your system as similar to or different from the<\/p>\n
current system as you would like. Model the system after that of another nation, if you\u2019d like, or<\/p>\n
design one that is completely original. Include the following elements in your design:<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 The advantage of your system over the existing one<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 The biggest criticism your opponents would have of your system<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 How you would answer this criticism<\/p>\n
Present your health care system in a PowerPoint presentation with 15 to 20 slides, or a<\/p>\n
multimedia presentation.<\/p>\n

Discuss the Health System Program History and the regulatory agency that governs the system. Eligibility\/Insured Benefits<\/p>\n
Identify a Health Systems Delivery issue on your selected Program. Present a clear and concise problem statement including why systems change is needed<\/p>\n
After analyzing the issues in health systems delivery, discuss what role the government plays in correcting the issues<\/p>\n
Write\/propose a strategic plan integrating rigorous knowledge development processes. Include supporting arguments proving your proposed plan.<\/p>\n
