The pack should contain the following items: <\/p>\n<p> 1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Site<br \/> plan at an appropriate scale indicating existing features and proposed<br \/> buildings, access roads, drainage network and pond. <\/p>\n<p> 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Technical<br \/> drawings for the following items: <\/p>\n<p> a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Construction<br \/> details for road and drainage <\/p>\n<p> b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Foundation<br \/> plan, typical floor plan and section for multi-storey carpark <\/p>\n<p> 3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Written<br \/> report outlining the following items: <\/p>\n<p> a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Analysis<br \/> including a risk assessment for project sustainability and embodied carbon<br \/> assessment for the multi-storey carpark[1]. <\/p>\n<p> b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Structural<br \/> design of the multi-storey carpark including full-set of calculations and<br \/> accompanying narrative. <\/p>\n<p> c.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Design<br \/> of access road including full-set of calculations and accompanying narrative. <\/p>\n<p> d.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/> Design of surface<br \/> water drainage and SUDS including pond including full-set of calculations and<br \/> accompanying narrative. <\/p>\n<p> 4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/> Promotional<br \/> poster to present to the client that summarises all items of the project. <\/p>\n<p> The site plan and technical drawings are to be<br \/> drawn in CAD, though if you cannot access CAD, hand drawings to a technical<br \/> standard are acceptable.<\/p>\n<p> [1]<br \/> Frame and foundations only. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Task 4 \u2013 Preliminary design Produce an information pack consisting of a written report (max 2500 words), technical drawings and a promotional poster drawing.
