2. Literature reviewsProvide in a summary form, the literature of the articles reviewed. You are to explain what these articles are saying about the topic of study. Quotations are required in this section. For example, According to John (2020), he mentioned that change management is\u00a0necessary as it allows organisations to adapt to the changes in the external environment (2-3 pages \u2013 10 marks).
3. BodyParagraph 1: Define the term change management and provide an example.Paragraph 2: Discuss the elements in the management of change.Paragraph 3: Identify the similarities and the differences as highlighted by all these articles and in relation to human resources management.Paragraph 4: Identify the gaps by evaluating the findings and linking them together to make sense out of your findings (2-3 pages \u2013 10 marks).
In answering this section consider the questions of what, why, where and how changes happen in organisations.
4. ConclusionYou are to provide a conclusion by answering the reason for the study, summarise your main findings and provide your opinion (1\/2 page \u2013 4 marks)
