Technically we have to create a UI based on the clients needs and how they want it technically.
https:\/\/reactjs.org\/
I feel that I am mostly on this two websites almost everyday while I am developing a software or if I have missed anything so I go back and do my research. I live in Tucker, GA and work as an IT project manager for a managed service provider. Currently I am heavily involved in new product launches. Although I have had limited experience with user-centered design in the past, I am now more directly involved with it as I project manage the launch of new products\/offerings for my organization. I hope to learn more about this subject so that I can understand, at a high level, the steps involved in creating, testing and launching a new product.
A site I use that I have had a positive experience with is, (I’m pretty sure many students in this class have used it too) Amazon.com. Spend less. Smile more. The main thing I like about the site is that when I am looking for a specific item it will suggest similar items or additional items used in conjunction with what I am looking for. Granted, this is a feature used by Amazon to increase what you spend by suggesting related items, but I do find it helpful specifically when I may not know exactly what I am looking for. The site is well laid out and easy to navigate which, for me, adds to the user experience.
A site that I have had a negative experience with is The Home Depot. Although the site is pretty easy to navigate I find that finding specific items is somewhat of a pain, especially considering I am not a novice when it comes to using this website. I can think of many times where I have been looking for a specific item, knowing exactly what it is called, and I have to go through many links or search queries to get to it. That’s if they have it in the first place. Also, the site acts completely different on my phone (harder to use and search and yes I know that website design is different for mobile devices than it is for a laptop\/workstation). Typically when I am on my phone I never find what I am looking for, but when I resort to my laptop I have an easier time finding something. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
If it differs from the initial posting, explain why your experience might be different.
