This \u00a0conflict is also linked with some other bad consequences such as stress; \u00a0absenteeism; burnout; and dissatisfaction with job, family, and \u00a0life\u2014all of which can lead to excessive job turnover and the breakup of \u00a0families. Would you consider flexible scheduling which allowed you to \u00a0have work-life balance a benefit? Why, or why not? What step would you \u00a0like to see your current (or previous) employer take to help enhance \u00a0your own work-life balance?
