We have had some great discussions thus far, but I thought we’d really be missing learning opportunity if I didn’t create a discussion surrounding our horrible worldwide pandemic that negatively affects billions of us. Of course, I wish this didn’t occur, but this situation affords a unique opportunity to analyze the function of leadership as it is not only an integral part of our class, but is extremely important in times of crisis.With that as the preamble, I would like you to provide us a window into a leader of an organization (small or large, one you are a part of or not) or government (local or federal, US or foreign) to include:
1. Brief background of chosen leader (Who, What, When, Where)
2. How has her, his, or their organization been impacted by COVID-19
3. What have they done in response?
4. How did they communicate that to their stakeholders (please identify the stakeholders to whom your are focusing)?
5. How quickly did they respond?
