As we move forward into a “Digital Society” the individuals within our society are being divided into those that have access to technology and can use it, and those that do not have access.\u00a0 If you live within city limits having access isn’t usually an obstacle with restaurants and social environments offering Wifi staying connected isn’t such a task.\u00a0 However, what happens to those who live outside city limits?\u00a0 There are locations that cable companies just cannot reach, therefore providing Internet access in not available.\u00a0\u00a0
