In this assignment you will conduct research in order to provide a plan toward institutional resolution of at least two challenges. <\/p>\n<p>Activity Instructions <br \/>Part 1 <br \/>Describe at least two challenges that an institution may face. Frame your response by addressing the following questions: <br \/>Why do these challenges exist? <br \/>What is their cause? <br \/>What is the history of this challenge (i.e. has it always been a challenge or is it new to higher education)? <br \/>Who is impacted by these challenges? <\/p>\n<p>Part 2 <br \/>Next, find research that offers suggestions on how to resolve the two challenges described that are facing higher education and give detailed suggestions and steps universities would need to take to work toward resolution of the challenges within a proposal plan (see tips for success for review). <\/p>\n<p>Part 3 <br \/>Finally, describe how long resolution may take and what changes might occur once the challenge is resolved. <\/p>\n<p>Writing and Submission Requirements <br \/>2-3 pages (approx. 300 words per page), not including title page or references page <br \/>1-inch margins <br \/>Double spaced <br \/>12-point Times New Roman font <br \/>Title page <br \/>References page &#8211; Minimum 3 sources <br \/>APA Style 7th ed. <br \/>This assignment will be graded with the\u00a0Written Analysis Grading Rubric. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction It is important to not only understand certain challenges one may face on the job but to offer potential solutions.
