After recording your daily intake of nutrients, including the amount, analyze your nutritional content. The goal is not to add up all of the nutritional value information from the packaging, but simply to look over what you have consumed and identify the major components of your diet. For example, is your diet high in protein and low in carbohydrates? Do you seem to consume a large amount of sodium or sugar on a daily basis? <br \/> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 From this analysis of your diet, discuss the impact your food intake may have on the way your body feels.
