The existing training is not fulfil the local requirement and as a result the training is not effective<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">WE&#8217;VE HAD A GOOD SUCCESS RATE ON THIS ASSIGNMENT.
