Take ten minutes to clean and clear a particular space where you can move sufficiently.
Take time to pause, rewind the videotape if needed so that you can repeat movements that may challenge the beginner Dancer.\u00a0
At the end of the practice lesson, begin to reflect on the study regarding what you felt as you moved isolated and whole body parts.
Find a quiet space\/place to sit and write about your real experiences regarding body action and how your body instrument felt as you performed the practice lesson. Ensure\u00a0that you focus on yourself without narrating the instructor.
Write about the kinesthetics you probed for each of the techniques (how something is implemented). And the skills you experienced for the warm-up and the combination.
