One great way is I like to support my communities local businesse’s by buying directly from them instead of a large chain. Also, helping give my services during the turkey festival or fundraiser’s for school is a great way to make a positive impact. Showing random acts of kindness is something I enjoy very much, for example when I am waitressing I like to choose a random person and pay for their meal anonymously. Everyday I try to give more, love more, I like to surprise people I love by doing something nice for them. I also enjoy helping others either by listening to them or try to help uplift their spirits when they are down. In what ways do you negatively impact the world around you? I would say in the past I threw trash outside the window as I was driving which I have since quit doing because I realized it was a negative effect against the environment. Another way I have a negative impact on the world around me is sometimes my depression and anxiety can lead me to a dark place and it takes days to get out of it. The negative of this is bringing others down and them feeling helpless to help me and they get stressed out from it. Some changes I can make to influence my negative effects of my actions for one is to help with my depression I can go to a therapist and learn to deal with my past that has helped encourage my issues. As far as me littering which I am ashamed of is a great start to fixing this, so getting involved in a cleanup crew for the environment will help me see how much of an impact this has had on the world. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
