You may also incorporate other sources in addition to these two.<br \/> Cite the textbook when you draw from it as well. <\/p>\n<p> For your initial post, due Wednesday, explain the following.<br \/> You can integrate literature into any of the three sections. I realize that the<br \/> first and second section may overlap\u00a0 <br \/>and that is fine. <\/p>\n<p> How does diversity play a role in your career? I work for Dept of Corrections <\/p>\n<p> For example, I would write about the role of diversity my<br \/> I\/O work. I supervise 12\u00a0 <br \/>women. <\/p>\n<p> How does diversity relate to the topic about which you are<br \/> writing your paper? <\/p>\n<p> For example, here I might be writing about coaching and<br \/> locus and control in I\/O work so I could focus in specifically on diversity to<br \/> these topic areas. However, I might\u00a0 <br \/>blend the career\/paper theme together and<br \/> make it clear that my paper goals are\u00a0 <br \/>deeply\u00a0related to my work. <\/p>\n<p> How does diversity relate to one of the themes (discuss both<br \/> sides) from the\u00a0 <br \/>textbook? <\/p>\n<p> FYI. I am a African American female who works for the Alabama Depatment of\u00a0Corrections and supervise 12 females. I work at the central office.
