After reading Parker&#8217;s account and the relevant material in the Foner text (particularly chapters 11 and 12), write a well-organized essay that answers the following question:How Did African-Americans Advance the Cause of Abolitionismin the United States?In answering this question, be sure to use Parker&#8217;s account as the foundation of your essay, drawing on material from throughout his life: his period of enslavement, his escape to freedom, his efforts in assisting others gain freedom, and his work as a free skilled craftman and entrepreneur.
