This could be: <br \/>phone calls per hour, defects in a process per hour <br \/>cars passing every 10 minutes, <br \/>red cars passing every 10 minutes. <br \/>Alternatively, you can count for a specific period of time, and categorize your observations. For example, you might count <br \/>cars by color for 30 minutes, and record your observations by white, black, red, blue, green and other. <br \/>Defects by type <br \/>You decide what you want to count, and what is an appropriate interval. Design a check sheet to record the data. Then go out and collect the data on your checksheet. Make sure you get at least 30 data points. <br \/>Part 2 \u2013 Histogram <br \/>Using data from the checksheet, create a histogram. You can use software, or create this by hand, but it should be a relatively accurate representation of the data distribution. <br \/>Part 3 \u2013 Pareto Chart <br \/>Using data from the checksheet, create a Pareto Chart. You can use software, or create this by hand.
