A-Examine the connections between the high- and low-context communication styles and the six personal values from your PathwayU assessment results (e.g., achievement, independence, etc.). Do you find that team members with certain communication styles tend to share particular values? Attempt to explain the connections you find. For example, in team \u201cSER,\u201d Robin and Emerson tend to have high-context communication styles and they also seem to value relationships, support, and achievement. When individuals value relationships, they are more likely to focus on maintaining harmony and avoiding conflict in their communication.
