Students will be evaluated on the effort to incorporate cross utilization during their leadership day as well: <br \/> One soup- 1\/2 gallon <br \/> One composed salad- 10 servings <br \/> One sauteed entree with side dishes- 5 servings <\/p>\n<p> Two sandwiches with side dishes- 5 each servings <\/p>\n<p>Due Day 4 <br \/>Menu draft &#8211; Must include, but it is not limited to, dish components (side dishes) and descriptions. It must be typed and neatly printed. Copies of recipes that you have researched and chosen. They may be photocopies, but must be edited to reflect serving size, available ingredients, and proper preparation. <br \/>Chef Instructor will give each group constructive feedback on day 5 to allow groups to make respective changes by day 6. <\/p>\n<p>There is a pic of ingredients.
