The first section should be in paragraph form (unless stated in the prompt), and the second section should be formatted into three parts as shown in the instructions\/example. <br \/>15 to &gt;7.0 ptsFull Marks to Half <br \/>Looks great! If you are at the lower end of this range, then there is at least one issue. These issues are usually very easy to fix in future entries. <br \/>7 to &gt;0.0 ptsDecent <br \/>At least one of your sections is not formatted correctly. there may be some other issues as well. Please fix them for higher grades in future entries. <br \/>0 ptsNo Marks <br \/>The formatting is completely wrong. It is very hard to get a zero for this. <br \/>15 pts <br \/>This criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeSpelling\/GrammarMake sure your entry is free of grammatical and spelling errors. Keep it up! <br \/>29 to &gt;15.0 ptsGood job! <br \/>You have some errors, but the overall clarity and flow of the journal is mostly good. <br \/>15 to &gt;0 ptsProofread Before Submitting <br \/>Grades at this level show that not enough attention was paid to grammar and spelling. This usually means it&#8217;s a rush job and\/or the student didn&#8217;t pay enough attention to the spelling or grammar in the journal before submitting. <br \/>30 pts <br \/>This criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeContentMake sure your entry is thoughtful, clear, and complete. This is the most important criteria. <br \/>50 to &gt;25.0 ptsWow! to Pretty Good <br \/>Great job! Keep it up! for top scores. Okay job for the middle of the range. There are some pressing issues for the lower part of the range. I will usually give you a specific reason for a large reduction of points, but you can always ask me for clarification. <br \/>25 to &gt;0.0 ptsDecent to Not Good <br \/>There may be a bit of confusion or not fully complete responses to the prompt. If there is a missing section, then this grade will be reduced by half before grading the section that was submitted. <br \/>0 ptsNo Marks <br \/>It&#8217;s very hard to get a zero for content.
