In addition, some external factors can be both opportunities and threats depending on the industry, e.g. the COVID-19 pandemic which was both an opportunity and a threat for supermarket chains. <br \/>Notice also that the external audit in SCW 5 should be done on the industry level. <br \/>I put an example of what I need down below.
