You will explore the object\u2019s changing meanings and value over time and in different places.<br \/>\nThis assignment asks that you to accomplish several tasks:<br \/>\nDescribe the object vividly, including its appearance and condition. (I can attach a picture of the baseball)<br \/>\nConsider research about the *kind* of object you have chosen, placing it in its historical context.<br \/>\nTrace the history of *your* object&#8211;where it has been at various points in time, and how it may have changed. Tell the story of the object&#8217;s journey. Use 3rd person voice. This is a formal essay.<br \/>\nA-level work will use a variety of strong sources, and think about those sources critically. (It&#8217;s not just a question of what sources say, but how valuable\/trustworthy they are.)<\/p>\n<p>Criteria:<\/p>\n<p>The paper includes and meaningfully describes a departure point, one or more intermediate stops, its current location, and future museum.<\/p>\n<p>The paper illustrates knowledge of the origin of a cultural artifact.<\/p>\n<p>The paper demonstrates the development of ideas about human expression within a historical context.<\/p>\n<p>The paper demonstrates the exploration of identity within a cultural framework.<\/p>\n<p>The paper conforms to standards for American English language spelling, punctuation, and grammar.<\/p>\n<p>The paper follows the specified format and is logically organized.<\/p>\n<p>Sources are correctly cited in text and in reference list.
