My primary career interest is becoming an Administrator for a Healthcare organization. I would like to move into more Administrative roles base on my Health Service Administrative degree but also have a backup plan if this fails.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Goals<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Acquire Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Health services Administration<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Acquire advanced computer skills.<\/p>\n<p>Time: 6-9 Months (December 2020).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Acquire certification in Histology<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Take a 1-year certification\/degree course in Histotechnology as a backup plan to administrative roles<\/p>\n<p>Education: ASCP HT state certified<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Time: in 1.5 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Relocating to regions more ideal for work and family.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Applying to Healthcare jobs in other states<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Education: Bachelors at least 2-year experience in Healthcare field<\/p>\n<p>Office experience: Word, outlook operating systems<\/p>\n<p>Time: \u00a012 months (February 2021)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Start job as an Office coordinator\/ Administrative Assistant, Insurance Claims<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Gain job in hospital\/medical facility as Health service Administration<\/li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s previous experience (2 years) in Office setting<\/li>\n<li>Time: 2025<\/li>\n<li>Limitation: Not enough administrative experience in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Overcome: Purse training and development. Investigate company internal training and offering. Look for reimbursement of tuition for outside development course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Work on Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Time: 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Become Supervisor\/Manager of Administrator of healthcare organization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply from within organization<\/li>\n<li>Education: Master\u2019s degree. 5 years in supervisory\/managerial position<\/li>\n<li>Time: in 10 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">WE&#8217;VE HAD A GOOD SUCCESS RATE ON THIS ASSIGNMENT.
