TEAM PROJECT PLAN<\/p>\n
Working together with your team, create a shared project plan for completing the executive summary, white paper, and presentation. All team members will contribute their ideas and work collaboratively to develop the agreement. <\/p>\n
Team members will divvy up the research into the case study and develop a strategy for writing. Will each member of the team write his\/her \u201cpiece\u201d to inform the collective paper? Will you draft an outline first? Will each write on a theme? How will all team members contribute ideas, while achieving an integrated work product with a professional unified voice? Who will do the executive summary and presentation? Who will be the editor? <\/p>\n
When your team has allocated the tasks and decided on due dates, each member will sign their commitment to the plan. When all members have signed the document, it will be posted in the team space in Discussions. <\/p>\n

Research information and resources will be shared on a google doc where the rough draft will be completed as a team. <\/p>\n
Discuss the team\u2019s approach to writing and editing the paper.<\/p>\n
Each team member will be taking sections of the white paper and conduction section-specific research to gather information pertaining to their section. All research information will be shared in the google documents. Each member will edit their section initially, but it will be further edited when the rough draft is composed into the final draft. <\/p>\n
Discuss how the presentation and executive summary will be done. <\/p>\n
The presentation will be drafted by Jessica for the slides’ text information and set up. Then the slides prerecorded voice memos will be conducted by all four team members. The executive summary will be written by Camile.<\/p>\n
Discuss how the team will handle conflict over quality, originality, and timeliness of contributions.<\/p>\n
The team will keep an open form of communication as the project is conduction and put together. The team will have access to the google doc where all work will be initially conducted before the final products are produced. The teammates can review the work as it is being done and openly communicate any concern on the work shown. If work anyone is struggling to meet the deadline they will reach out to the team for additonal help.<\/p>\n
