For example, how personal styles have been analyzed and taken into consideration to delineate a self-drive, high-quality, high productivity strategy? How do team dynamics evolve and progress, and how are they measured and assessed? What needs to improve? What will you do about it?<\/p>\n
This individual report is about the team, its dynamics, how it progresses\/matures\/improves (or does not) in working as a team. For example, discuss current team challenges, what is going well, what it is not, what you have done, and will do about it<\/p>\n
This document must demonstrate facts or evidence and not just opinions<\/p>\n
Writing, organization, clarity, thoughtful, and in-depth document, along with demonstrable actions, are critical.<\/p>\n
This is an individualized assignment for each team member, which will be used to assess your contribution to the team and your demonstrable efforts in improving the team performance. It will be part of your personalized performance evaluation for each submission<\/p>\n
