What steps did you make to elevate this?<\/p>\n<p> Taste \u2013 describe the taste, focusing on what we have talked about in this course. Is it sweet? Is it sour? Do you have many flavours creating a balanced dish or is it one sided? What have you done to combine flavours that go well together? How is this creative? What have you done to boost flavours \u2013 toasting nuts, etc.? <\/p>\n<p> Texture \u2013 Variety of textures? Temperatures? Soft, crunchy, creamy, brittle, hot, cold. What efforts have you made to ensure there is a variety of textures<\/p>\n<p> Your assignment should include:<\/p>\n<p> A short description of the product and include a picture if possible (can be a drawing\/sketch, a sourced photo that is similar (does not have to be identical, just to show your vision of the dish\/product).<\/p>\n<p> A written component discussing the goals set above. Describe the dish, where you came up with the idea. Why you chose these ingredients. Discuss the steps you took to elevate the sensory properties. Discuss the sensory aspects of the ingredients and what they bring to the dish. <\/p>\n<p> A recipe (you do not have to make it, just write it, so it does not have to be perfect)<\/p>\n<p> Describe why you think this dish, product, or pastry would be a successful dish you serve in your shop.<\/p>\n<p> Online Engagement \u2013 Week 14<\/p>\n<p> Create a thread on the Conceptualize a Creation discussion board and post your assignment for Week 14. View and comment\/discuss the posts from your fellow classmates.
