Importance of Communication Skills for success of individual as well as organization. <\/p>\n
Audience for presentation- <\/p>\n
My presentation would be aimed towards the students of COMM 1103 and the students who are going to graduate this semester. Moreover it is also beneficial for those who want to set up their own business.<\/p>\n
Presentation Purpose-<\/p>\n
It would be beneficial for them to learn about the proper communication skills for their success as an individual and when venturing into a respectable organization. In aiming for one\u2019s success in the industry it is very important to take in consideration and learn about the proper communication skills needed especially in the professional setting. When conversing with colleagues and\/or superiors, the proper etiquette should be followed in order to maintain a good level of respect in the workplace and in an organization. This topic will be further explained through my presentation if given the chance. <\/p>\n
Presentation length-<\/p>\n
In order to keep my presentation short but interesting, it would only go for a maximum of five minutes for the intended audience to provide the proper reaction and keep the momentum as drawing out a presentation for too long might make my audience lose their interest.<\/p>\n

The topic would be highlighting the three main points in the presentation which would be:<\/p>\n
Meaning of communication and its importance-This point will enlighten what communication is and how is it important for someone for a healthy and friendly environment.<\/p>\n
How a communication help in startup of any organization or any individual\u2019s success.<\/p>\n
What is the role of communication in our day-to-day challenging lives?<\/p>\n
Having these three main points in the presentation is very essential because it holds the structure of how the presentation would go and shows the organization of the entire presentation. This is very important because much like any topic discussions\/presentations, the main objectives of the topic are what hold the topic together.<\/p>\n
Planned presentation visuals and medium-<\/p>\n
Keeping the interest of my audience at a high would also be prioritized during the entirety of my presentation so I would also be including visuals and the use of data, charts etc. and some information on do\u2019s and don\u2019ts for the effective communication in the presentation. <\/p>\n
