Hi all,<\/p>\n
I think we have had some great introductions and discussions so far. There have been some great choices for the breakfast product.<\/p>\n
A reminder about the discussion boards for each week. After you have done your initial post by Thursday of each week, you need to do two more substantial posts. By substantial, I am looking for some original thought that adds to the discussion, a post that questions a classmates\u2019 post and a statement they made, or an example of someone\u2019s concepts backed up by a reference or citation. Simply saying \u201cHi Dr. xx, I agree with everything you said. Great post\u201d isn\u2019t a substantial post and won\u2019t get you full points. Also, responses to my questions to you do not count.<\/p>\n
Also, if you do not participate in this course by Sunday, the University will automatically drop from you from the course.<\/p>\n
Remember, there are no right or wrong answers on posts. There is just original thought, backed up by examples and research. What I am interested in is what you think, and how it applies to the question at hand.<\/p>\n
If you haven\u2019t done so, please put your picture in your profile. Look at the upper right-hand corner of the page on the class, and you will see your name. Follow the instructions from there.<\/p>\n
