Caucasian male. .<\/p>\n<p> Dental History:\u00a0 patient is caries free and have no restorations\uff0cr<\/p>\n<p> Medical History:\u00a0 patient is physically inactive and systemically and mentally healthy adolescent male. <\/p>\n<p> Extraoral Examination:\u00a0 there is no evidence of submandibular or cervical lymphadenopathy. <\/p>\n<p> Intraoral Examination:\u00a0Again, the soft tissue structures are within normal limits. No evidence of lymphadenopathy. Salivary flow appears normal.<\/p>\n<p> Periodontal Examination:\u00a0 probing depths ranging from 2\u00a0mm to 4\u00a0mm; radiographic assessment showed no bone loss. <\/p>\n<p> Health Behaviors:\u00a0 patient stated he brush \u201cbrushes 2twice a day.\u201d use a fluoride toothpaste.
