It has improved customer satisfaction because a person can handle his tasks by himself, improving customer intelligence. Technology has also improved service quality and convenience so that the platforms guide the uses and the essential factors that a user should put in mind. The services are always available anytime; hence, getting urgent services day or night becomes convenient. Companies benefit a lot by using technology because the cost of providing services is reduced and the congestion of people on the premises. As technology continues to advance, the services provided to people become convenient and flexible.<\/p>\n
