The company will focus on frustrated small businesses investing too much time in their companies. Those business owners might even be at the edge of giving up and concerned that they might not sustain their businesses and survive in the market.

Within its operating region, Graced to Succeed will concentrate on two markets: the small company sector, which comprises firms with at least one employee or owner, and the entrepreneurial sector, which includes home-based and sole proprietor businesses. Even though the corporation can manage larger enterprises, the most significant advantage will be businesses with yearly sales of less than $10 million. The bulk of these businesses are run by skilled professionals at what they do but lack the means to hire in-house employees to handle organizational strategies, professional growth, and coaching. Our objective is to get around two-thirds of our engagement from small businesses since they create the most cash flow. Additionally, the proportion of variable expenses in this group is the smallest. The business’s moneymaker is regarded to be the small scale business category.

Market Segmentation Strategy

For various reasons, small businesses and entrepreneurs are our suitable targets: Resources are frequently restricted in a small or entrepreneurial firm, with production, management, financing, and distribution being the most common. Career development, training, mentoring, and planning are often overlooked or neglected. As financial pressures mount and competition heat up, these businesses are constantly looking for new and innovative methods to boost their profits. The owner of a small or entrepreneurial firm is often an accountable professional, which implies they have everything riding on the success or failure of their business and that their field of competence is in the company they are “in.” Frequently, a professional will be drawn to the “job” of the company and overlook the company’s core health, which involves maintaining both themselves and their client base.

Analysis of the Service Industry

The following are the five fundamental groups that require training:

Government – Employees of the national, state, and municipal governments and the military, postal workers, teachers, and administrators. This organization spends more money on training each year. Firms having 100 or more employees are classified as large businesses. These organizations are spending more than $28 billion on training, which goes to leaders and career workers. Small Businesses – Companies with less than 100 workers are classified as small businesses. Each year, this organization spends a lot of billions on training (Henry-Nickie et al., 2019). Doctors, legal professionals, accounting professionals, engineers, consultants, and other professionals fall into this category. Continuous education regulations force these groups to invest disproportionate money in training, totaling more than $11 billion each year.

Company’s Market Competition

The confidence in the personal reputation and dependability of the professional learning organization is a crucial factor in buying decisions taken at the user level by Graced to Succeed company (Ward, 2021). The career development market is crushed and unorganized for each of the few handfuls of well-known corporations, with numerous smaller consultancy groups and individual consultants. From huge worldwide name-brand consultancies to tens of thousands of people, competitors are multiple. Graced to Succeed will present itself as a trustworthy professional development firm that can be purchased reasonably risk-free. One of the most significant challenges that Graced to Succeed will confront when working with the small or entrepreneurs company industry is cost or pricing. It will be up to Graced to Succeed to help its clients figure out how much it would cost them not to seek professional growth and to position Graced to Succeed as the ultimate solution to their challenges.

The chance to experience continuing, reinforced growth, rather than a standard “one-time” seminar approach, is Graced to Succeed’s most significant distinctive advantage to customers. Graced to Succeed will offer a year or more of growth and assistance. We will supervise and monitor each client’s performance to guarantee optimal growth since every Strategic Workshop customer will be instantly eligible for one-on-one guidance.

Value Proposition and Marketing Slogan/Tagline

We shall set ourselves apart by our achievements. We will position our firm as a clear and viable alternative to the dozens of raw, one-time lecture, consultancy, and “feel good motivating” businesses available to our target demographic. Create a company that is based on relationships. Build long-term connections with clients rather than one-time transactions. Become their go-to counsel and partner. Persuade them of the importance of long-term partnerships.

Marketing Vehicles

Graced to Succeed intends to reach out to its target organizations using four established strategies. The first one is that it will direct mail to more than 2,000 potential clients in county areas as part of its direct marketing program. Interested companies will respond by email or phone. In this business, around 3% of the receivers tend to react. Secondly, Graced to Succeed will hold invitation-only seminars for referrals. Accountants, lawyers, financial advisors, insurance agents, and company owners will be the target market. The preview sampling will be the same program available to commercial clients for the first year. The goal is to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the Planning Process and implement it so that clients may confidently recommend others. Graced to Succeed will be in charge of compiling the appointment lists that will be sent out.

Third, the firm will be hosting regular Free Speeches/Networking. These will be talks offered to the Chamber of Commerce and industry, trade organizations, business organizations, and other organizations at no charge. The business has proven that attending at least two of these seminars and two networking opportunities each month is the most effective. Fourth, referrals- referrals won’t be a significant portion of the Graced to Succeed revenue for the first year. They should make up a substantial 50% of a new business inside the second and third years. Other sources of income will include unique project sponsorship. Writing private programs for individual firms, building special programs, and continuous counseling on a retainer basis.

References

Henry-Nickie, M., Frimpong, K., & Sun, H.
