\u00a0\u00a0The songs that I chose for this assignment are \u2018Don\u2019t stop me now\u2019 by Queen and \u2018House of Gold\u2019 by Twenty-One Pilots. The idea of a \u2018good\u2019 song or \u2018good\u2019 music is difficult to grasp because it all depends on the listener. For me, \u2018Don\u2019t stop me now\u2019 is a good song because it begins with a softkeyboardinstrument, in this case a piano. The piano over the course of the song grows in\u00a0dynamics\u00a0to a\u00a0fortissimo.What makes it a good song is that it blends well together and does not sound forced. The singer of this song constantly changes his\u00a0pitchfrom high to low. This makes the song feel more emotional, which is something I enjoy. The\u00a0range\u00a0of his voice is fascinating. He has a very low rumbly voice in the beginning and by the end, he is hitting high notes with ease. Not only does the\u00a0pitchof the song change, but so does the\u00a0tempo.The\u00a0tempoincreases in the middle of the song and decreases again in the very last twenty seconds.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0tempo\u00a0of this song is quick. The notes of the\u00a0acousticinstrument, the ukulele is played rapidly and yet sounds smooth.
