This technology must integrate with Google Workspaces and Office 365 as it is used by in house staff and vendors. It must be able to Work with Google Meets, WebEx, Zoom, and Teams. It must allow for meeting templates for the assistants to quickly choose from to send out to the client. There must be the ability to have a selection of times multiple clients can choose from.\u00a0<\/p>\n
3. Weight your technology requirements<\/p>\n
The biggest requirements are integrations and delegation rights for assistants to be able to schedule for the executive.\u00a0<\/p>\n
4. Choose your vendor candidates<\/p>\n
Calendly, Calendarscope, Asana.\u00a0<\/p>\n
5. Evaluate the candidates<\/p>\n
Each candidate except Asana meets the technical requirements as it does not have delegation abilities.<\/p>\n
6. Evaluate the finalists<\/p>\n
Because we have an existing NDA with Calendly and it’s at a better price point, it makes more sense than Calendarscope.<\/p>\n
7. Make a final decision<\/p>\n
After a two week trial period, Calendly suited 95% of the needs of the original scope and for the price is the chosen solution.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Initially we would start out with sales calls on what each service offers and if it can suite the business needs. This would be followed by selecting test candidates to try this software, based on their reports a final decision could be made to determine if it meets business needs.\u00a0<\/p>\n
