Keep in mind that the new dental assistant has no knowledge of your office\u2019s particular procedures. It would also be a good idea to share some good \u201ctips\u201d with your new co-worker regarding infection control. Also, be original and creative. Use graphics and\/or color to make it an attractive manual in a 3 ring hard cover binder, and make sure it is detailed. The font should be a 12 point Times New Roman and double spaced.
