Pt. appears to be speaking to someone across the room that isn\u2019t there.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Pertinent Health History<\/td><td>Health history given by pt.\u2019s mother: Hx of alcoholism. Last drink about 24 hours ago. Pt. has been trying to stop.
