Pt. diaphoretic, anxious and disoriented to time and place. Pt. appears to be speaking to someone across the room that isn\u2019t there.<\/td><\/tr>
Pertinent Health History<\/td>Health history given by pt.\u2019s mother: Hx of alcoholism. Last drink about 24 hours ago. Pt. has been trying to stop. Started getting \u201cshaky\u201d so he went outside to get some air.
No hx of seizures or hypertension.
