  1. Obtain your group assignment from the course faculty.<\/li>
  2. Select a nursing theorist. Begin by reading Chapter 5 in Friberg textbook.  You may choose from the listing in the book.  If you have a particular interest in a theorist not listed in the textbook, obtain approval from the course faculty member.<\/li>
  3. Locate at least three (3) professional articles published within the past five (5) years as references in addition to your textbook.<\/li>
  4. Discuss how the theory views the main nursing metaparadigm concepts of Person<\/em>, Environment, Health, Nursing<\/em><\/strong>,<\/li>
  5. Discuss the interrelatedness of person, environment and health to nursing in the theory e.<\/li>
  6. Describe how the theoretical framework can be used in the practice setting of one group member.<\/li>
  7. Paper must be a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) pages in length, excluding the title page, abstract page, and references. The paper is written in third person<\/strong>. Be concise!<\/li>
  8. All in-text citations and references must be in correct APA 7th<\/sup> Edition format.<\/li>
  9. Papers with a similarity index greater than 25% will not be accepted<\/u>. <\/strong>Please assign one person in the group to upload all papers into TurnItIn. A paper submitted by more than one person in the group will increase the similarity index. You will be penalized if you do not follow directions.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>
