Think of a time you unsuccessfully attempted to resolve a conflict. With respect to the five interpersonal conflict-handling styles (those listed in the lesson), can you attribute your lack of success to your use of an inappropriate style (or failure to use an appropriate one)? Conversely, think of a time you successfully resolved a conflict. Can you credit your success to a style that matched the demands of the situation? Roughly 250 to 300 words in length. Plus, please respond to minimum of one classmate&#8217;s post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussions are not graded individually (which is why the discussion is set to zero points).
