Annotated Bibliography Assignment<\/p>\n
You are to create an annotated bibliography on your final paper topic. You must have a minimum of 10 (ten) sources. Of those ten sources, at least 7 (seven) must be academic sources, typically articles from peer-reviewed journals. The remaining 3 (three) sources can be web sites, company literature, textbooks, etc.<\/p>\n
Your bibliography must follow the APA Author\/Date, 7th edition<\/p>\n
\u00a0Some brief reminders from the guides:<\/p>\n
\u00a0An annotation is not the same as the abstract, do not just copy the abstract from the article (that is plagiarism, too).<\/p>\n
\u201cWrite a concise annotation that summarizes the central theme and scope of the book or article. Include one or more sentences that (a) evaluate the authority or background of the author, (b) comment on the intended audience, (c) compare or contrast this work with another you have cited, or (d) explain how this work illuminates your bibliography topic.\u201d<\/p>\n
Remember, you summarize, assess, and reflect on each source.<\/p>\n
Please note: Some of your topics will not easily fit into this assignment because there is little academic research on your topic. If that is the case, find the most authoritative sources and then talk to me.<\/p>\n
