The concerned couple chose to hire a wedding planner due to the short constraint of time so the couple requested all-inclusive full service from planning to closing by utilizing mostly our contracted vendors. This wedding project is divided into 6 main sections: venue, food, wedding attires, entertainment, accommodations and transportations and each section task sub-task.

Project Scope

Project Overview: The A&Z wedding plan will take away the stress and worry of wedding planning and provide an unforgettable event. A project manager gives the soon-to-be bride and groom the opportunity to focus on other things like selecting a wedding gown, selecting wedding dance songs, and so on. The project’s major goal will be to design a wedding that will benefit everyone involved (i.e., sponsors, stakeholders, clients, guests, and vendors etc.). Impressing and delighting the guest will be critical in this project because delighted customers will play an important role in word-of-mouth marketing for this new business. Once the wedding is completed, the amount of success will be determined. Furthermore, when all of the deliverables are completed within the agreed-upon timeframes and budget. The project manager’s major goal is to relieve tension, allowing the bride and groom to enjoy their wedding day without being concerned about numerous aspects of the event.

Project Scope Description: The bride and groom are sponsoring and initiating the A&Z wedding initiative. In terms of money, they are the most important stakeholders. The project manager will help the couple plan, execute, monitor, and wrap up a memorable wedding. As a result of their decision to hire us as a project manager/wedding planner, they will be able to enjoy the festivities without having to worry about the details of completing a project of this magnitude. This project was started in order to alleviate the burden on the clients. When organizing an event of this magnitude, there are numerous factors to consider. It entails conducting research, comparing costs, and negotiating with third-party providers and organizations rather than just one. We have a one-stop shop with a diverse choice of reputable vendors, services, and organizations. Everything has been thoroughly evaluated in order to deliver outstanding results when executing an event. Our wedding planner service will be with the clients from the beginning of the planning process until the bride walks down the aisle and departs the reception.

The project will be carried out over a 6-week period through a series of events with a budget of $100,000 and a guest list of no more than 250 people. The budget is designed to ensure that all guests are completely fulfilled and satisfied during the wedding and reception. At that stage, tasks will be assigned to the project team to ensure that the venture outcomes are as appealing. There are two project managers, and all third-party vendors must provide their own personnel. The project managers will be in charge of obtaining the best deals with all third-party vendors while managing all stages of the wedding.

Deliverables: The $100,000 budget will be allocated, but not limited to, resources below:

Wedding Planner

Wedding Venue

Wedding Rings

Groom & Bride Wedding Attire

Cake

Invitations (design and mailing)

Photographer and videographer

Transportation (bride, groom, family and guests)

Decorations-flowers

Food Caterers

Liquor Caterers

Entertainment

Wedding Stationery

Wedding supplies (tables, chairs, linens, etc.)

Audio/visual needs

Security Additional Staff (include waiters)

Valet Parking

Cleaning Crew

Insurance to cover (possible damages and accidents)

Missing items from the venue

Reception

In-Scope: There will be a 6-week plan to define, schedule, and execute all of the necessary actions to ensure the success of this project.
