In the course MS Project Content, there is a practice problem for Chapter 8 \u2013 Q7. Also, see the book example as posted in the Chapter 8 power point and video. These serve as examples for the book content and this assignment.<\/p>\n
Utilize the MS Project application and Excel as appropriate to answer the questions. Using Fixed Units is OK. Enter the Activities into MS Project using the \u201cNormal Tn\u201d which is the normal duration for each activity. This will enable you to determine the critical path. Recall that crashing is effective on the critical path only to answer the Questions 5-6. No need to submit MS Project plans. Submit answers in a Word or Excel document.<\/p>\n
