You are having dinner with a friend, and knowing you are in this program they decide to ask you their question about Fitness to Stand Trial and NCRMD. They say they don\u2019t understand why some murderers are allowed to go free, while others aren\u2019t. When you ask to explain what they mean they bring up the following news articles about two different cases: Rohinie Bisesar and Alek Minassian. Review the following articles, address their initial question, then explain the difference between Fitness to Stand Trial and NCRMD and why one was found NCRMD.<\/p>\n
