What is evident is that in order to implement EBP in practice it takes more than just the nurse. While culture and climate are important, as a follow-up to the discussion this week I would like you to consider other stakeholders that would be essential to successful implementation of EBP. Identify another stakeholder that would positively or negatively influence the implementation of EBP and describe the role of this stakeholder in the process.
