2. Introduction –\u00a0 Write a one paragraph introduction to this topic. Define \u201cFemale Gang\u201d and Auxiliary Female Street gangs, how are they different? What were Fredrick Thrashers findings as related to females in gangs? Who is Joan Moore and what did her study find?<\/p>\n
3. Body of the Report – Title: Females in Gangs –\u00a0 Read the Chapter and Power Point and watch the videos titled “Gangsta Girls.”\u00a0 Select one of the females in the videos and give a brief summary about her. What are the percentages of females in gangs? \u00a0Explain the reasons why females become associated with or join gangs.\u00a0 Describe the recruitment of females into gangs and their initiation.\u00a0 How is it similar or different than male members? Identify one active way and one passive way a female can leave a gang. \u00a0On page 236 John Quicker gives 3 basic requirements for female acceptance into a gang.\u00a0 Based on the female in the video you selected decide if your subject meets any or all of those requirements. 4. Reflection –\u00a0 What are your thoughts about the female you chose related to the video? Are you aware of any female gang associates or members?\u00a0 If you were in charge of gang prevention what two specific things would you do to try and assist young women who may be at-risk for gang membership?<\/p>\n
5. Conclusion – Write a conclusion that briefly covers each section.<\/p>\n
6. Reference Page – Use 2 Different References for your Essay, these must be listed in APA format.\u00a0 Alphabetical Order, Double-spaced and hanging indents.<\/p>\n
