3. Write a 2-page paper that identifies your top 5 strengths and how you can apply them to your current or future leadership.<\/p>\n

How would you use your strengths in leadership?<\/p>\n
(Please note that some students use the words \u201cadvantages\u201d and \u201cdisadvantages\u201d which is inappropriate. This is not a competition, so please use \u201cstrengths\u201d and \u201cweaknesses\u201d instead.<\/p>\n
