My now 14-year-old daughter had a favorite bear when she was little.\u00a0 When she was 18 months old, I would ask her where her bear was to get her tired.\u00a0 As you might have guessed, a few minutes later she was either playing in her room and never even looked for her bear or pooped out and took a nap.\u00a0 When she woke up or while she was playing, I would show her the bear and she would get so happy and never recall that she was looking for it.\u00a0\u00a0 <br \/>Instructions for assignment: Do you have a similar story about your own child, a niece\/nephew, a child you know, or maybe yourself?\u00a0 Does it\u00a0illustrate one of the milestones of cognitive development\u00a0as proposed by Piaget?\u00a0 Your story should address a\u00a0specific milestone,\u00a0as mine relates to object permanence, demonstrating you understand the concept.\u00a0 Please note: my little blurb above is\u00a0not\u00a0an essay, just an idea to get you thinking.
