EMS System Model

In this unit, we explored business models within EMS by comparing and contrasting models to identify the best model for a selected community.

Prior to developing a business model, you must have an understanding of all available models of EMS. For your essay, begin with an introduction comparing and contrasting three business models of EMS. Then, recommend the model that should be utilized within the community.

Prepare an essay about a business model for an EMS system of your choice, and include the following in your submission:

• Discuss the pros and cons of your business model versus another model.
• Differentiate revenue options for models of EMS systems.
• Explain the types of EMS organization incomes.
• Discuss the financial impact of reimbursement on your EMS system.
• Explain any potential shortfalls of your business model.

Your essay should be at least three pages in length, not including the reference page. You should use at least two references. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment. APA formatting, however, is not necessary. Every source used is peer-reviewed or academic in nature.
