At the top of the document, select and Center the three title lines. Select the title Florida Port Community College Career Center, change the Font Size to 20 pt and apply Bold. Apply Bold to the second and third title lines. Locate the paragraph that begins For further, and then below that paragraph, position the insertion point in the second blank paragraph. Insert a three-column, four-row (3×4) table. Enter the following text into the table:

In the table, point to the upper left corner of the cell Software Developer to display the Row Insertion button, and then click to insert a new row. In the new row, type the following information so that the job titles remain in alphabetic order:

Select the entire table. From the Table Tools Layout tab, apply AutoFit Contents. With the table still selected, on the Home tab, Center the table between the left and right margins, and then add 6 pt Spacing Before and 6 pt Spacing After.

With the table still selected, remove all table borders, and then add a Custom 1 pt solid line top border and bottom border. Select all three cells in the first row, apply Bold, and then Center the text. Click anywhere in the first row, and then on the Table Tools Layout tab, in the Rows & Columns group, insert a row above. Merge the three cells in the new top row, and then type New Computer Science Listings for the Week of April 11. Notice that the new row keeps the formatting of the row from which it was created.

Move to the end of the document, and then Insert a two-column, three-row (2×3) table. Enter the following text into the table:

Select the entire table. On the Layout tab, in the Cell Size group, use the AutoFit button to AutoFit Contents. On the Home tab, Center the table. On the Layout tab, add 6 pt Spacing Before and 6 pt Spacing After.

Insert the File Name in the footer. Click the File tab to display Backstage view, and then in the lower right portion of the Info page, click Show All Properties. In the Tags box type new listings, computer science and in the Subject box type your course name and section number. In the Author box, be sure your name is indicated and edit, if necessary.

(Mac users: To insert the File Name, on the Header & Footer tab, in the Insert group, click Field. Under Categories, click Document Information. Under Field names, click FileName. To show properties, display the menu, click File, click Properties, click the Summary tab. For Tags, use Keywords.)

Save and close the file, and then submit for grading.
