You should by now have a grasp of Microsoft Project 2016. Please review the prior three parts as necessary to do this assignment.
Using Microsoft Project build a Filming Schedule.
Steps:
Using Microsoft Project 2016, which is available in the computer lab at Ballston 4016. Launch and start a new project.
Create a name/title for your movie and your last name as the file name (for example: The Professor – Awan).

Change the Project Working Times – Exceptions. The project will observe the following holidays: Election Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Thursday, Black Friday, and others as applicable during the project duration. Please enter holidays for November, December, and January. See:

Change the Project Working Times – Work Weeks. Please the set the project work days to Monday to Saturday from 6:00 AM-10:00 AM, 11:00 AM-3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM-6:00 PM. There will be 10hrs per day and 60hrs per week for scheduling purposes. See:

Please enter the title of the movie on line 0 (using show Project Summary Task). See:

Please enter the first task from the table above on line 2 in the Task Name Column and onward until the last task.
Please enter the duration for the first task from the table above in the Duration column for each respective task.
Please make the task sub tasks as follows:
Tasks 2-7 are subtasks of Post Production.
Tasks 9-15 are subtasks of Pre Production.
Tasks 17-25 are subtasks of Production Schedule.
Rearrange the main phases into a logical sequence. See:

The three main phases will be linked together finish to start. Please change the Task Mode for each task to Auto Scheduled in the Task Mode Column.
Please make the General, Love, and Action scenes subtasks of Interiors.
Please assign predecessor task in the Predecessors column as follows:
Assign Director and Complete Screen Play must finish before the studio can Approve Director.
After the Screen Play is Completed, they will need 1 week to review before continuing with the film.
Build Sets, Casting and Scout locations can begin together after Studio Approves Dir/Scr. Build Sets, Casting and Scout Locations are not linked to each other.
Exterior Los Angeles and Interior shooting can begin after the Begin Shooting milestone but are not dependent on each other.
The Interior Shooting scenes are linked Finish to Start in their current order.
The wrap party will follow the finish of Exterior Washington DC and Interior.
Editing and Special Effects are in a Start to Start relationship. See:

Scoring cannot be started until Editing and Special Effects finish.
Premiere Film cannot start until Scoring is finished.
